    What millenials think of Christians

...And cancel the "falling away," or just shorten it, somehow? Even with covid-19, it seems to be a last-days type pestilence. Being from God (if true), how do we pray about an act that has a deliberate spiritual objective? Praying about the whims of weather (hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.) seems...

    What millenials think of Christians

That is the kind of thing that I was wondering about. That must happen at some point. (I even see it with some of my kids.) What do we pray for when that takes place?

    What millenials think of Christians

That reminded me of lyrics to an '80s CCM song (that I can't seem to find) by The Robert Case Band(?). "Well, it's a whole day's wages for a loaf of bread, Just like the book of Revelation said. Hey, hey, hey, we're living in the last days."

Which "you guys" are you referring to?

    What millenials think of Christians

My first impression was that the writer was restating the seven churches in the beginning of Revelation (but I haven't gone on to confirm that).

The Mark of the Beast (what it really is explained)

Its two or three specific forms do not make sense outside of a "literal, physical mark."

How do you hear from God?

If it would have been accurate, it would only imply two workers (minimum); not everyone else. (But I accept your assessment.)

How do you hear from God?

Was there an interpretation for the "snakes?" Does this woman have a history of unreliable prophecies? Do your nursery workers have a good accountability system in place and have they been vetted? (Neither of those questions will harm innocent workers.)

How do you hear from God?

The "revelation" need not conform to another's understanding of Scripture (with the exception of one's own spiritual leadership), it just needs to fit with one's current understanding of Scripture. It is even okay to make mistakes, as long as they are honest mistakes. There is a certain amount...

How do you hear from God?

Your question is hypothetical & soulish. If God gives you a big revelation, He will give you the means to receive and vet it [2 Timothy 3:16-17]. The Holy Spirit is that thorough. If you are uncertain, He will keep after you (without condemnation). I am reminded of God talking to young Samuel...

How do you hear from God?

I have never seen the word "gatekeeper" applied to people on this side of Heaven. If you are that far ahead of the curve and no one has received you as such, the best you can do is let it inform your prayers. Are you sure that others are prepared to embrace what you see?

How do you hear from God?

I recommend reading through the Bible, at least once, and have continued exposure to it going forward. Jesus promised, "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you." John 14:26...

truth only ? No. Not possible here.

If those are the terms of the thread. The best that anyone with integrity can offer is "Here is what I have/understand right now,..." If someone else is at a different place (and lacks humility), their knee-jerk response would be to cry, "Heresy...!" According to the above verses, we ALL err...

truth only ? No. Not possible here.

"Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is." 1 John3:2 NKJV "For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall...

truth only ? No. Not possible here.

Sure, it's possible. Only those who have arrived at 1 John 3:2 should be allowed to post. The rest of us (1 Corinthians 13:12) may not. ...
