More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

Could be (at least, for a particular genre of tattoos & piercings). In that context, it seems to be related to "cutting." Being autistic, correctly interpreting others' emotions is not a strong suit of mine. I am skeptical that simple, evangelical tattoos are such an expression.

Are Christians to forgive everyone or only those who repent?

When we forgive, WE get freed from bondage. That freedom is made available to the other person, too, but that doesn't guarantee that they will receive it. I do not believe that forgiveness requires us to trust untrustworthy people. It just means that all current debts are canceled. Jesus wants...

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

Pithy, but it doesn't surpass my personal, practical objections to tattoos, generally. I consider evangelical tattoos to be more worthwhile, in that regard. I am just as hesitant to get "vanity" license plates. I can't think of any statement that they can make that is worth the extra $50?/year...

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

Personally, yes. Spiritually, it depends on its context (like most things spiritual).

"And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. Then Moses said, 'I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.'” Exodus 3:2-3 NKJV

I am not inclined to believe that popular vote can make a pursuit into a Godly one. Conversely, such cannot make it into an un-Godly pursuit, either. The Bible is clear on some matters, but less so on others.

There is room for that, but the Bible has very little to say on the subject. Those who are for or against are both just "winging it." When that is the case, I believe that there is Grace (toward Born-Again Christians) for errors of uncertainty.

I still think of it as a gray area. People must make peace with the Holy Spirit on a case-by-case basis.

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

Yes. And Christians who sport mohawks and Christians named for pagan gods, etc.

@farouk , the setting of these figures is a world that is perpetually dark. In that setting, "white" light is pure light. "Unlit" inhabitants usually settle for conventional firelight (but it is also destructive).
