    What's Up With Sex?

Maybe lets not assume the worst about men or women either. Maybe a lustful man would rather not be. Maybe an immodest woman is assuming no one's looking at her in particular or may not have a lot of modest options to wear at that time.

    What's Up With Sex?

Maybe women and men can both do their best with lust issues. Women can work on dressing with good intentions and a good conscience so as to not cause lust unnecessarily. Men can learn to control where their eyes rest and keep their minds on Godly things. We can both contribute to modest...

    :) Thanks

    How was your day?

Lord, I get it now. All the times I wanted to put myself ahead of them. It revealed my need to serve the way You did.

    What's Up With Sex?

I think you're thinking of purity culture. Sex is a good thing. There are plenty of deeply religious and conservative women who believe in prioritizing and enjoying married sex, however.

    I Was A Soldier and I Am

Maybe you'd get more response on that in the Christian debate or Christian theology sections of this forum. Testimonies and debates usually are separate. Hope that helps.

    Hearing God's Voice

Thanks, but I was only trying to repeat what Episkopos said at the end of his video. Ive had a lot of confusion on this and on what seeking the Lord is. I have been like Peter---talking big before maturity sets in.

    Hearing God's Voice

Guilty of just that. I wanted that Moses encounter, but sure didn't want that Moses burden!

    Hearing God's Voice

Thanks for answering. II did finish the video and am glad to hear that seeking the Kingdom and obeying God's will are first priority. You are saying supernatural encounters, signs, and wonders are a byproduct of actively serving and doing God's will. That does help because Ive often been...

    Hearing God's Voice

Watching. You mention being translated into the higher walk and you said you've experienced this. I have at least two spiritual goals. One is to have another encoubter with God that is powerful, similar to Moses being shown a glimpse of God's glory. The other is to stop sinning and walk in...

    Struggling

Thank you all so much for praying. Ive gotten my energy back. And Ive made peace with my present living situation and finances---which should slowly improve from here. God has put a lot on us to overcome but He is helping us do it. He is faithful to not waste our suffering, though it may cause...

    He's not romantic enough

When the bills pile high and the responsibilities grow, may we who have committed to our beloved ones always treasure those vows and remember how we promised to be there faithful and true through the test of time.

Being a religious Christian is good

Hi there! Would you say Christianity is not spiritual? Or does the saying make you think of people who mix pagan stuff in?

Strength and Honor: Triumphing over Feminism

"I also think many women experience the psychological trauma of discovering they've been sold a bill of goods - the supposedly "fulfilling" and "empowering" Career Life is just the drudgery most men even in highly paid professional careers have always found it to be. I remember many times...

    Hearing God's Voice

1 John 2:3-4 KJV 3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Hardest Commands of Scripture for You?

One I find the toughest Titus 3:1-3 3 Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, 2 To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men. 3 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish...

Hardest Commands of Scripture for You?

Phillipians 2:14-15 14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings: 15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; In other words, no complaining while going about our...
