Yep............! I understand that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was Catholic years ago......... and had to do some of that stufff,,,, And other things........... Back then it was not nice............ I sure hope they have changed.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im 83 years old.

I went to the Catholic school for 6 years..... and we had mass ,,,, mon - fri. And of course Sunday ! The priest did mass of course in Latin " who knows Latin " So what were we learning ? Oh ! and we blessed our self with holy water.... How does a priest make it holy ?

That is how the nuns made us think back in those days..... [ 1940's] You did what you were told / or you would be soooooooooooo sorry.............! And then as a adult, it did change, but they did make us feel we had to kneel in front of the statue And we had the priest...

If Catholics don't pray to statues, why do the kneel before them with the rosary, chanting hail Mary's and our Fathers'? Gee,,,,,,,,, I did when I was catholic !!!!!!! for 50 some years....... Sure am glad that is not me any more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Thank you HELEN, And we are all kind of sick so we did not go to church.... But we will watch some thing on the TV,,, or my son will talk.......... he is good on this.

I am living with one of my children!!! I am 83 years old. And as of last week, a bad cold is going around for most of the 8 grandchildren.. They are coughing so bad,,,,, it is scary to hear ,,,, I am surprised I do not have it yet,,,, and sure do not want this one. Hope every one...

Well if you really read the bible, you can learn things have changed in these days. Jesus went to the cross for our sins,,,, and if we are sorry about them, and believe in GOD and JESUS we are saved......... There is a past ,,,, but now .......... and ages to...

Going to Church is a good idea !!!!!!!!! Because you can always learn more ! And be with good people ! There is always some thing to see hear or learn......

Oh !!!!!!! I guess ,,,, the harder part was back when things were not so easy. I remember having to go to the basement and shovel coal into the furnace ! Before the fire went out ! and then later taking out the ashes from there and carrying them out side ! Modern time...
