    How to Test the Spirits?

I haven't read in the bible that this is a sin. I wouldn't touch the stuff myself, nor encourage anyone to use it either. But is it a sin in God's eyes to touch, sell, use this substance. The contributors of the bibles do not mention it at all.

Why didn't God destroy Satan at the beginning?

Was Jesus (the Son of God) led by the Spirit of God into temptation? You said, NO. Mark 1:9 It came to pass in those days that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized by John in the Jordan. 10 And immediately, coming up from the water, He saw the heavens parting and the Spirit...

Why didn't God destroy Satan at the beginning?

What about Jesus? Did His Father lead Him into temptation?

Why didn't God destroy Satan at the beginning?

S So you think God had no idea that satan would go and test Job's perfection, uprightness, fear of God and avoidance of evil when God drew Satan's attention to Job?

Why didn't God destroy Satan at the beginning?

I I appreciate the recorded story of Job where God draws Satan's attention to Job. God gives satan permission to tempt Job to curse God and die but God gives Job a way of escape . Job resists and is blessed. Then God wanted to tempt Ahab to go against God's protection and be killed. So God has...

Why didn't God destroy Satan at the beginning?

So are you saying that God won't tempt us directly? Will He get others to tempt us for Him?

Why didn't God destroy Satan at the beginning?

What do you mean, where is it written?

Why didn't God destroy Satan at the beginning?

All was well until one of the created beings was sent to earth to tempt Eve. It would seem everything would have been perfect if the Creators didn't design, create and place a certain tree in the middle of Eve's domain. It appears the Creators can take the credit for what had and is continuing...

Are the words in the Bible "imperfect"?

Thanks Taken, why is this so bizarre? Hasn't many people experienced this? Others I interact with have had similar experiences with their Creators. Haven't you? Many people hold the party line and won't come out and share about their unhealthy relationship with the bible, but once I share my...

Are the words in the Bible "imperfect"?

So the words in the bibles contain God's expressed and revealed thoughts to and through certain humans? Are you saying that the bibles contain all that the Creators want to reveal to Their creation?

Are the words in the Bible "imperfect"?

Not exactly sure what you are referring to here. What issue?

Why didn't God destroy Satan at the beginning?

Though many people would say that Satan could not decide for Eve or any other creature. Humans have an independent will to choose whatever they desire. And Eve had no one to blame as she freely chose to touch the fruit on the tree of the K of G and E.

What do you mean by 'a sign'? Or what did Paul mean by using the word 'a sign'?

    KJV Only?

Wha I wonder what version Jesus and Satan quoted to each other when God led His Beloved Son into the wilderness to be tempted by Satan

    Universalism is a dangerous doctrine

I will move on. I'm not that invested in this to be honest. But you might or might not owe it to the followers to respond to my clarifying questions. Let's just assume there could be one or more people who read your post who haven't hear of God. And they have no idea of what the term, Word of...

Why didn't God destroy Satan at the beginning?

I'm not familiar with this interpretation of Satan's rule over God's physical creation. Was this by God's original design, to give Satan rule over the garden of Eden, or was it assumed by God that satan he would deceive Eve and gain it that way? So did God know Satan well enough to know what...

    Universalism is a dangerous doctrine

Let's just assume there could be one or more people who read your post who haven't hear of God. And they have no idea of what the term, Word of God. Then they read the term, written Word of God. How would you explain these 3 to them? What is God? What is Word of God What is written Word of God?

Are the words in the Bible "imperfect"?

What do you mean by the term, Gods word? Unless I know what I'm agreeing to what I say I'm agreeing to probably isn't valid. Maybe in your circles people have a certain understanding of this term. Others probably have a very different interpretation. Can you please give your interpretation and...

Again, what do you mean by the term, the written Word of God? Unless I know what I'm agreeing to what I say I'm agreeing to probably isn't valid. Maybe in your circles people have a certain understanding of this term. Others probably have a very different interpretation. Can you please give...

    Universalism is a dangerous doctrine

Yes, I agree that it has been and can be used for good and for evil so has the potential to be dangerous.
