    I don't believe he is correct. I don't know how old the earth is. Scientists say 4.5 billion years old. I don't believe that either.

    Evolution does not teach that apes became men. It teaches that men and chimpanzees had s common ancestor. Apes didn't become men, we ARE apes according to the theory of evolution. I agree with your other points.

    Yes but she wasn't just saying what she believed was true. "The Truth " pertained to JW doctrine. I heard that term a lot.

    I had a close friend who was a JW when I was young. I could visit her at home and go to the Kingdom Hall with her but I couldn't date her unless I became a JW. So I learned a little about what she believed during that time. She called it "the truth ".
