That man is satan, so no he has not appeared.He comes pretending to be Christ,have you seen that?

People won't know what they are doing,that's the whole point of the deception,they will take the mark without even realizing it,as they will think satan is Christ.The beast is satan and they will worship him on their own freewill .You can't be forced to take the mark.
