There is no contradiction. The "repent or perish" passage(s) is to those who are not yet "in Christ." The meaning of being "in Christ" is that it is no longer we "who live but Christ who lives in" us. It means "It is finished" regarding the matter of salvation for those who are "in Christ." Yet...
