The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

Maybe Jesus was protesting that he installed Peter as "this rock" in Matt 16:18.

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

I'm with you, brother! I hope all those evil Catholic candle-burners fry in Hell!!!

Whatever you do, DON'T call your biological father, "FATHER"!! Apparently, doing that is evil, coz Jesus forbade it.

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

Many Catholics are adult converts from non-Catholic denominations.

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

Read your Bible - the "CHURCH" is the "fullness" of Christ (Eph 1:22-23); the CHURCH equips the saints to attain the full knowledge of Christ (Eph 4:4-16); The "CHURCH" is the "pillar and foundation of the truth" (1Tim 3:15). Christ is the starting point of Christianity, but he and his body...

Hilarious. Burning candles is so EVIL that God commanded that they be used in the Jewish Temple. Candles are also used in Heaven as described in the book of Revelation. What did humans use for light for thousands of years before electricity came along? Candles! All those evil candles...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

You need to think about the implications of Eph 1:22-23, which says the Church is the "fullness" of Christ. It implies that if Christ is our Shepherd, so is his Church. It's not a difficult concept to understand.

So when he died, Satan said to him "Well done, good and faithful servant ... Enter into the joy of your master." Dopey Jack got a shock, coz all along he thought he was serving Christ.

I rather think Jesus has no objection at all to anyone burning candles.

what do you see wrong with this ?

That’s one way of looking at it: Jesus said the greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God with your whole being. To obey this commandment to love God, one must first have faith in God. Faith justifies, but we are not saved by faith alone (James 2:24). From beginning to end, Romans 6 is...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

Did Jesus give the power to “bind and loose” to EVERYONE in Matt 16:19, 18:18? Did Jesus give the power to forgive sins to EVERYONE in John 20:21-23? Did Jesus give the power to cast out demons, cure the sick and raise the dead to EVERYONE in Matt 10:5-8? To how many people did Jesus...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

To someone brainwashed by fake-Christianity and blinded by anti-Catholic animus, it’s evidently VERY difficult to understand.

Been there; done that. I learnt that Sola Scriptura is fake Christianity and a “doctrine of demons”. You’ve been thoroughly deceived.

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

I can’t find a scripture that says “prove everything by scripture”. No, having faith in Christ means accepting that the Catholic Church is the ultimate earthly authority for Christians - to question its doctrines is to question Christ himself. Scripture says it is Christ’s CHURCH (not the...

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

In your opinion, what is the "doctrine of the Nicolaitanes"? In that case, why does Paul warn BELIEVERS in Gal 5:19-21 that their sins can lead them to hell? “Now the works of the flesh are plain: immorality, impurity, licentiousness, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, anger...
