    Incomparable!

I wanted to share something that I’ve touched on before concerning the omniscience of God. I believe His foreknowledge of all things supplies answers to learning His Word more than any other concept! For example, since He knew man would choose to sin and that He would allow it, I find no...

    The Light and the Blood

Once reborn there is nothing that requires us to be “troubled” neither “afraid” (Jn 14:1, 27). What problem is there in the life of believers that mind and soul should be bothered beyond regaining encouragement in the Lord Jesus? Acceptance is ever present and never falters, and there’s nothing...

    Positional and Conditional Truths

Hi! Thanks and like your comments! Yes, many things of God are "past finding out" (Rom 11:33), but thankfully He shows us enough in this life to suffice us to remain encouraged and strengthened in His Son.

    Positional and Conditional Truths

Hi, and I find your comments quite instructional! In my opinion, contemporary Christendom (within the last century) has been exposed to so many false doctrines that the Word of Truth has been often misunderstood by those who have yet to read sufficiently repetitious enough of the Word (esp. the...

    “As One That Serves”

“There was a man sent from God whose name was John. The same came for a witness to bear witness of the Light that all through him might believe” (John 1:6). In John we might consider some principles as to the marks of a true servant. First, he (John) came from God. In order to do this, we...

    Spiritual Artificers

If we can't scripturally substantiate a doctrine it's not Christian doctrine! If we can't see how to collate a true Christian doctrine with the Word, we miss its instruction. God bless!

    Spiritual Artificers

Bezaleel and his assistants took the rough-hewn members of the Tabernacle as they were brought, and by their patient and ingenious care, design and labor (e.g. Ex 31—NC), they gradually developed and perfected the character of each, till they were formed finally into one glorious and harmonious...

    Positional and Conditional Truths

True, many still have yet to understand that nothing we do of ourselves effects acceptance, even though God loves us as He found us, but did not leave us in that condition (sinning but unforgiven). Always appreciate your posts Brother! Closeness in the Spirit!

    Positional and Conditional Truths

Hi, and I can see why you interpret it that way, but the sense of "position" is in the same sense as physical reality, e.g. Jesus's new body (Luk 24:39); same "spiritual body" we will have (1Co 15:44). The use of the word Position is to manifest our eternal place in the Lord Jesus, because it...

    Positional and Conditional Truths

Let the joy “of the Lord” rise in you as often as possible via exercising your faith in His Expiation for “the old man’s” presence and works within you! Unless your present state is in a sadness from the bereavement of a passing loved one (and even in these trials as maturity progresses), or in...

    Spiritual Sensitivity

“And the LORD spoke unto Aaron, saying, Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations: And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and...

    Personal Nourishment

Hi, and appreciate your reply and comments! Amen, the present earth is nobodies home, esp. ours', because it's all gonna burn.

    Personal Nourishment

Satan was conquered when the Lord Jesus drank the cup which His Father gave Him to drink. The deliverance is complete for us—our Father has given the Savior, and, if God be for us who can be against us (i.e. successfully—NC)? If matters little that Satan and the wilderness are still there. I...

    Brethren Gleanings on Faith

George Muller (1805-1898) said, “Impressions have neither one thing nor the other to do with faith. Faith has to do with the Word of God. It is not impressions, strong or weak, which will make the difference. We have to do with the written Word and not ourselves or our impressions.” He also...

    “No Longer Servants”

Yes, we either truly want faith in Christ, or our desire for faith is merely whimsical; and He knows which, and show us (Rom 10:9,10).

    Our All-sufficient One

Thanks for the reply and always appreciate you comments! Blessings to your Family!

    “No Longer Servants”

I've learned that there is a vast differentiation between the words "by" and "through" in Eph 2:8. Thus salvation is solely "by grace." Faith is merely the connecting element "through" which grace (salvation) is received.

    “No Longer Servants”

Hi, thanks for the reply and like much of your comments, but concerning baptism, there are two primary types, which are with water and with the Spirit of God. I see the ark a type of Christ, because it's the means by which they were saved; and the people in the ark representing all in Christ. I...

    Our All-sufficient One

How often is it mistakenly seen that obedience is the way to Christ, instead of the fact that being in Christ first is the way to obedience. It’s God Himself that we’re after, then the obedience, or one can miss Him altogether, finding only a casual desire to be in Him and not the actual union...

    “No Longer Servants”

It depends on what sense servant is used, as we will always be servants of God, but in the capacity of children. I agree on your point, but I see Gal 4:7 differentiating between "servant" and "son" in relation to the capacity of the Christian. It doesn't mean doing no more service but how the...
