    Is Any Denomination Saved?

Hello Enow, That's a good question. While I will not presume to know the whole mind of God or all the reasons for why He does what He does, I think I can offer at least a few reasons: For our good, for our unity and for His Glory. For our good: Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood...

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

Indeed, which is why when Jesus says 'This is my blood', I believe Him. And yet this is the very point being contested. Is Jesus corporally present in the Eucharist. For 2000 years the apostolic communities have said yes. The idea that it is not truly, really, literally Jesus' mystical Body...

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

What do you think 'literal' means? To me it means real or true. As oposed to figurative or imaginative. If you read my comments on 1cor15 above perhaps you will understand what I mean when I say it is literally His flesh and blood, Not corruptible, natural flesh and blood, but His risen...

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

Indeed, but not a disembodied spirit. The whole point of 1 cor 15 ia affirming that Jesus rose bodily from the dead. His body was transformed, glorified, made incorruptible, as ours will be ! He can be seen, touched, handled as He demonstrated to Thomas.. It is not a natural corruptible body...

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

Hello Renniks, Does Jesus have literal flesh and blood? Glorified, incorruptible.... Yes! This is how our Holy Husband unites Himself with His bride... "For this reason a man shall leave (his) father and (his) mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh." This is a...

    Why do we need priests?

Indeed, so I will believe Jesus: Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed on behalf of many for the forgiveness of sins. You, of course, are free to do as you wish.. Peace be with you!

    Why do we need priests?

Your assertion that it is a lie proves nothing. Jesus said 'this is my body' . I believe Him! Peace!

You shall Not Murder your children!!

Ecc 11:5 Just as you know not how the breath of life fashions the human frame in the mother's womb, So you know not the work of God which he is accomplishing in the universe.

    Why do we need priests?

Thank you for correcting my spelling. Im not avoiding anything. The question is akin to 'have you stopped beating your wife'? The presuppositon there being that you have indeed been beating your wife.. Thus for one who has never beaten his wife the question is nonsensical. Peace!

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

Hello Enow, Do you think Jesus gave His followers an empty ritual to perform? But understand this: there will be terrifying times in the last days. People will be self-centered and lovers of money, proud, haughty, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, irreligious, callous...

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will have life because of me. Indeed belief in Him is required. To believe in Him is to accept His words are True. Thus the apostles (who surely were confused by this discourse as well)...

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

This prefigured baptism, which saves you now. It is not a removal of dirt from the body but an appeal to God for a clear conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, - St. Peter

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

You were buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead. - St Paul And of course the very verse you quoted says 'by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,"

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

Said no apostolic community ever. Whom to belive, you, or the teaching of the Church for 2000 years... Baptism conveys the Grace that it also signifies, thus remission of sins by dying with Christ and rising to new life in Him. So as you see, the sacraments are indeed 'biblical' Peace!

    Is Any Denomination Saved?

Hello Renniks, Baptism, Peter (said) to them, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the holy Spirit. Eucharist, Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the...
