gentiles? what do you think native americans were ? Jewish? the aztec accounts were documented by explorers long before Mormons existed. my family is native so im going by the native traditions that were told for generations before Europeans ever got here.

you sound like your trying to bend this text into saying anyone who is not Christian is committing unforgivable sin. makes no sense to me but it does shed some light on why Christianity today has so many problems and why so many hate us and run from our churches.

i believe it was canaan cursed and not ham. the key is in the hebrew translations of the names/titles of the canaanite kings.

they are here after the flood in canaan. Solomon used those descended from them to build the temple. the bible says they are still here to this day. so i would say they are still here.
