Exactly as I thought. You haven't a single shred of N.T. scripture as evidence. Now you know how far removed we are from the original church of Acts. Everything we do is fake and anti-scripture these days.

No, elder. The pastor is an elder. Their main role is to teach the Apostles' directives and enforce them, even to go as far as excommunication if need be. However, the elder/pastor must be perfect doctrinally and mature spiritually to even qualify for this sacred role.

No, I think the Bible says for men to teach the congregation. My wife lays the law around our house.:)

Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. The elders made and enforced the Apostles rules.

Of course. However, there is no NT scripture that allows a woman to usurp authority over a man or even teach a man. The elder women must only teach women in a church setting. The head of the woman is the man, so a congregation should not allow the reverse order. That idea is new age.
