The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Nope, not afraid in the least of our government. The only thing I am afraid of is God.

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Many would disagree with you. I obviously do. To a small degree, yes, it was. It's always been there, but not like we see it today. Trump is to blame for that. He stoked those flames by lying to his fanbase and continuing to lie to his fanbase. I most certainly do want it fixed, but Trump...

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Oh and, he may not have had any foreign wars happen while in office, but he sure stoked the flames of unrest within our borders. He did nothing to help that and he encouraged it with his words over and over again. He will be held accountable for it, if not by our justice system, but by God.

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Gas prices are not Biden's fault, they are up all over the world. Trump got lucky with his buddy Putin. My interests are my own. One I will give though is healthcare. For four years all we heard from Trump was it's coming, it will amaze you, it's coming, and never once did he propose anything...

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Do I agree with everything this administration has done? Nope! Not sure anyone is ever 100% happy with any government administration. However, they have given me no reason to mistrust them. I voted for Trump in 2016, realized I had a mistake about a year in and voted for Biden in 2020. Trump...

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

I have been plenty of attention.

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Actually, I do. However, I don't live in fear of our government and don't need an AR-15 to protect myself or my family from someone robbing my home. The only time I would pick up such a weapon is defense of this country from a foreign threat, ie and invading force from another country. My...

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

I would beg to differ. You're afraid the government will break down your door as evidenced by this... "question. Does the govt use AR15s? If so, theres your “need” for civilians to have them." Let's take breaking down your door out of the equation. There is still no need for you to have an...

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

As a single person, no, but part of a majority you can bet that we can get a restriction placed on AR-15s. Question for you, if you are so afraid that our government will break down your door with an AR-15, why continue to live here?

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

I am all for the second amendment and own a handgun. However, I am not sure that non-military or non-law enforcement needs an AR-15.

Basically oppressive power wielded by the government.

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

I did and do and I also understand why the government did what it did. It did what it thought was best to combat a pandemic. I c will not fault it for that, nor do I see it as anywhere close to tyranny. That is my opinion and no, no one has to share it with me.

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

I will answer for me. I did, as did my fiance and whole family. We have immunocompromised family members and did what we could to minimize their chances of getting Covid. I also have asthma and believe the vaccine did help keep me from developing a severe case if Covid. I did get a mild case of...

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

You do realize that the attempt to use woke has no effect on me? Do you even know what "woke" truly means? I also thought this was a discussion about gun rights? Why are we talking about other stuff?

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

I am fully awake. However, you and I must have differing definitions of forced. What I saw other than military and I guess federal employees, was a choice. Was it a tough choice? Sure, but still a choice. Mandates didn't hold a gun to someone's head and say get the vaccine or else.

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Can you give examples of those forced to get vaccinated?

Thank you for letting me know! So do you advise that I just buy an already built one?

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Yep looking to buy a black powder rifle that way. One I can build and finish on my own. Something like this: https://www.traditionsfirearms.com/product/1861-springfield-musket-.58-caliber-rifled-build-it-yourself-kit

The Insanity of the "right" to have guns!

Simple, the parents, like I did with my own kids, teach them the difference between make believe and reality. A game like CoD is make believe, no matter how historically accurate it may or may not be. You teach them that real guns kill real people. That a real gun is no toy and it is not a play...
