When I was in my teens, in a friend's pond, we would stand about waist deep with bread in our hands and wait for the fish to come for a nibble ....and catch them with our hands. Just a thought... bread will get pretty expensive, too. lol

I planted things last year that my chickens absolutely loved ....sweet potato vines, zucchini ...they love the leaves and the veggies ...and the bugs that plague them at the end of the season. lol I could pull whole leaves off that were infected and the chickens ate them.
