There are so many scriptures that plainly state that Jesus is God, it's unavoidable. The verses I quoted not only state that He is equal with God, but that He was the example of humility. What that verse is not saying is that we too are equal with God. If that were so, we would be given a name...

Trump is his own god. He believes he is Apollo .... that's the point. He doesn't acknowledge Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord. He denied Christ before men, publicly on TV... "I don't ask forgiveness. I don't bring God into that picture" ....and has never recanted that statement.
