Good point….Hey, Maybe the US should consider banning fast food restaurants and only allow restaurants that have “home cooked meals”? but then again even those are not as healthy as cooking it yourself sooooo maybe ban family restaurants also? What a slippery slope…..

You are willing to give up some liberty to keep people safe if they themselves won't choose safety. Where in the constitution does it say that it is YOUR responsibility or the governments responsibility to keep others safe from bad choices? If a person chooses to smoke they are not being safe...

That’s to bad. I wonder if they will also ban ice cream, cookies, chips, soda etc since they are bad for our health also.
