Size of the congregation does matter. If a church as excess to pay people jobs they can do for free then they don't have a clear mission statement and are mismanaging funds that could be used elsewhere

Last time I checked no churches I've been to accept crops and livestock...that's what the tithes were. That's how the Levites were taken care of. In the context of the New Testament church and our congregations, people should freely give out of a joyful heart. This varies from family to family...

Yes, It's in a World War 2 collection. The correct term for it is a Stahlhelm M42. Steel helmets came about for the Germans in World War 1 to replace the leather pickelhaube. There is a lot more history behind the development and production of steel helmets than the word "nazi".
