Jesus taught us how to imitate Him in His gospels. It is a life long endeavor, friend.

James' word harmonize with Jesus' teachings. He is only repeating what Jesus teaches. When the apostles taught His followers, they did not have Jesus' word written like what we are getting. Because we have Jesus' direct word, we have no excuse not knowing Jesus' simple teachings.

I have a problem with the RCC that they changed Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday and so many did not question about it.. It seems clear to me RCC mixed Christianity with pagan religion. And again, His followers should be honoring God and Jesus everyday, not just one day a week.
