How would they actually have know if they hadn't acquired eternal life.

You become tired believing in thing's all the time, you just get to a point you want to know.

Well what would a perfect fulfilled being look like?

I would conceive that a God who is perfect and lacks nothing would need nothing from its own creation.

Atheism is only a position (A stance) it is not a belief system. Richard Dawkins said this

Without grounded facts, faith can become anything it wants. Faith can feed your enemy or fly a plane into their buildings.

The bible is clear that the believer's and followers of Jesus are to be of one accord, be of one mind, be of one judgment. But when you see that the opposite is true, that believer's are not all of one accord or of one mind then we can only speculate that something is very wrong.

You say "Hate the sin love the sinner" I say, hate the belief love the believer.

It is wonderful to be like I was when I didn't believe, having no formal obligation to a creator God and his holy book.

Then why do Christians hold onto the bible as if it's the key to the universe.

Shall I remind you again of this verse. 1 Corinthians 13:12 King James Version (KJV) 12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. They didn't know everything, so the bible doesn't know everything.

The rapture and trinity share common ground, as it is not mentioned directly in the bible.
