In my opinion anyone who is born again has been "touched by God". In fact, we have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us, and that is far more than just being "touched".

I for one don't have to worry about the Tribulation since I will either be dead and gone, or I will be taken up in the "Rapture" just prior to it. The only saved people who will be in the Tribulation will be those who are saved during that time.
