Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

from back @marks I think your post is a reminder that there are rather vastly different degrees of tattooing. Some of it would be widely regarded as rather benign - as maybe of the variety you described. So really many ppl will think it's a case of liking/disliking some tattoos on some ppl...

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

Hi @Behold , from back a bit: The inward and spiritual reality should indeed be there before anyone wants to use a faith based tattoo as a witness tool. Some believers find it acts as a tool 'be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you...

    "Against that Day"

@Behold Instead of getting despondent, we need indeed to keep looking up, 'looking unto Jesus' (Hebrews 12.2).

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

@Lambano Saw your post on the other thread also. I think you also said a while ago that it proved to be the catalyst for starting her own tattoo journey.

@Pearl Paraphrased, one can see here something of the saying "Man proposes, but God disposes".

    . . . That Jesus Christ is LORD . . .

I sense that the discussion is going round and round, avoiding the plain sense of Scripture.

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

I see; my post was actually talking about tattoos, not weed. I do think this verse is challenging: "Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world" (Titus 2.12); verse 13, speaking of the believer's 'blessed hope'...

    . . . That Jesus Christ is LORD . . .

Hebrews 1: "Unto the Son He saith: Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever". John 1: "The same was in the beginning with God".

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

@MatthewG YW. It's anyway undeniable that it's something that some demographics especially experience the strong urge to go do, so often in faith based designs. FHII reports about the strong urge. FHII said: ↑ greenvneck reports about the strong urge. greenvneck said: forums dot...

    . . . That Jesus Christ is LORD . . .

"O wondrous hour, when Jesus, Thou, Co-equal with the eternal God, Beneath our sin didst deign to bow, And in our stead didst bear the rod." (John Bacchus Dykes)

    . . . That Jesus Christ is LORD . . .

Philippians 2 makes it clear that the Lord Jesus is equal with God....
