Is Jesus the End of the Law?

Yup the whole Temple Sacrifice / livestock slaughter has vanished away, since the ONE PERFECT SACRIFICE has been made. But the LAW remains eternally. and our FAITH in Jesus' SIN OFFERING frees us from the LAW'S judgement.

This is why most believe that Jesus is a Man/Son and not God.

Why would I care what "Jews" or "Islamics" think about Jesus?????

Is Jesus the End of the Law?

THE LAW (since it's God's will for his people) WILL NEVER PASS AWAY - it's eternal. What HAS passed away is the ond Temple sacrifice process where livestock was slaughtered by the box lot to COVER people's SIN. Jesus, on the other hand died as the perfect SIN OFFERING, which didn't COVER...

    Baptized with the spirit

SO you felt that God was not being truthful with you, then??? Seems Moses had the same issues. Bottom line IF YOUVE HAD AN ENCOUNTER with God, it will lead to something (which may be a "Struggle") which is God's will in your life. You CAN refuse Him, of course, but that's not a good career...

Is Jesus the End of the Law?

Nope the Mosaic LAW is eternal. since Born again Christians have been Judged by the LAW (by their own consent) and nailed to the cross with Jesus - i.e. their "Old Man" is Dead, the Mosaic law has no further ability to condemn them

    Baptized with the spirit

Well - long story slightly shortened - I was Born again in 1963, in an upstairs bedroom in Houston TX, "led to the Lord" (as the baptists say) by a fellow who'd never cracked the Bible in his life and only remembered the fellow who'd led HIM to the lord the night before had said. However, I...

Ephesians 4:30 What does it mean?

I.e. if the Holy Spirit leads you to DO SOMETHING, then do it. Simple as that.

    The Sabbath Day

    Protection From False Prophets

Bingo!!! If you don't know what the Bible says, you're "Fair game" for deception.
  12. Bob Carabbio

Which would you save, a sinner or a saint?

SIlly question. the "Saint" is already O.K. AND whether they live or die physically is unimportant. The SINNER, on the other hand, is the one who's in REAL DANGER of eternal hell, SO SAVE HIM, SO HE HAS A CHANCE TO REPENT. Next question???

Any day any time NOW Jesus will rapture believers that are looking for Him.

I won't be, but I rather doubt that the time is immediate - the mature church of Ephesians 4 isn't even on the radar yet, and I think that'll be the primary sign that the end is immanent. The Visible church at present is still much more interested in in-fighting, politics, and Denominational...

Why do Catholics adore, worship and deify Mary so much?

Of COURSE (the real) Mary was "Blessed among women"!!! She was, after all, the one selected to bear God's SON. That's quite a blessing don'cha know. Now what's THAT got to do with the blasphemous "Mary Thing" that the Roman Catholics have invented for themselves????
  15. Bob Carabbio

Why do Catholics adore, worship and deify Mary so much?

Catholic foolishness!!! Moses was a "Ordinary Man", who, in the power of God delivered his people out of bondage. King David was an "Ordinary Man" who in the power of God was king over Israel, and Mary Was an "Ordinary woman" who, in the power of God served as the physical mother of God's SON...

Why do Catholics adore, worship and deify Mary so much?

Of course THE REAL MARY will always be "Blessed among women" nobody's got a problem with that, y'all!!!! and protestants (knowing who THE REAL Mary IS) giver her to honor that belongs to her. I'm out of a generational Roman Catholic Family (even have a couple of pages in a book by the diocese...

Why do Catholics adore, worship and deify Mary so much?

SInce when is being Born by FAITH in the SIN OFFERING of Jesus (Eph 2:8,9) "MY CRITERIA"??? It's straight out of the Bible (that Roman Catholics seem not to take seriously unless it fits their agenda). The Church is PEOPLE - not Denominational systems, old art, stanedglass windows, pagentry...

Why do Catholics adore, worship and deify Mary so much?

Simple WE ARE IT. The church is wherever Born again and infilled with Holy Spirit people are. Oh - and we do get together on a regular basis in buildings belonging to corporations that "Call themselves Churches" but are really nothing but "Buildings" configured for people to meet together...
