I've seen Atheists repent in tears and become the strongest believers I've ever seen. I've never seen a OSAS believer change his mind. I'm sure it's happened somewhere, but I have personally never seen it.

It's because they have committed the unforgiveable sin, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. He was put to shame along with Christ and forced to leave that person by turning from the faith.

Sounds like a Calvinist--- God is why you remain!

They believed and then fell away! It's not rocket science! Faith is what got you saved and faith is what keeps you saved. Man can turn from that faith.

What then do you make of this from the sowers parable? Luke 8:13 "They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away."

OSAS was born from the 5 points of Calvinism. It is deep bedded in the non-Calvinists also. You can't argue this with them, and I'm not going to try.
