Why would it be "the first and only" flight over both poles. In this day and age, shouldn't technology have enabled this to be done many times over? So we can go to the moon, put satellites in "space", rovers on Mars, and send stuff outside our supposed "solar system" ....but we can't fly over...

No one has said that God couldn't create a spinning ball/globe earth. What we are saying is that the Word of God gives us very plain descriptions of how He created the earth, and it is not a spinning ball hurling through "space."
