(Adultery) C.I. Scofield And Dispensationalism's Foundations

Where I didn't say that you called me a liar. That's another lie. You seem to lie and make false accusations quite readily, but perhaps you just have poor reading comprehension. If that's the case, why should anyone value your interpretations of scripture?

(Adultery) C.I. Scofield And Dispensationalism's Foundations

Matthew 1:5 New King James Version 5 Salmon begot Boaz by Rahab, Boaz begot Obed by Ruth, Obed begot Jesse, The KJV is not an inspired translation and the NKJV is widely accepted as more accurate. The English standard version translates the same: Matthew 1:5 English Standard Version 5 and...

Why are so many Christians still so confused about the afterlife?

No, I don't believe it's our job to connect the dots at all. Did the Holy Spirit teach you this, or is it what you "reasoned out" for yourself?

(Adultery) C.I. Scofield And Dispensationalism's Foundations

I didn't claim that you did but asked how will you accuse them, Satan. So now you accuse me with another lie, and we all know who is the father of lies.

(Adultery) C.I. Scofield And Dispensationalism's Foundations

Rechab is just another spelling for Rahab. There's lots of misspelled names in the KJV. Get yourself a more accurate translation or maybe just read the old testament carefully. Do you actually believe it's better to be a murderer and adulterer like king David, than to be an adulteress or prostitute?

    Baptismal Regeneration

I don't believe that there is such a thing, though I'm clearly at odds with some theologies. Belief in the Lord is the result of the conviction of the Holy Spirit. Being born again is receiving His Spirit through faith in our Lord and asking for Him as Jesus promised. Baptism is a public...

(Adultery) C.I. Scofield And Dispensationalism's Foundations

By the way, king David himself was an adulterer, having known the wife of Uriah the Hittite and making her pregnant.

Vernon Magee and David Jeremiah are much more highly esteemed than you are. How will you accuse them, Satan?

Why are so many Christians still so confused about the afterlife?

Where in scripture is the lake of fire described as being located in the "outer darkness?" The Old Testament, which Jesus was familiar with and taught, referred to outside the camp of Israel as the "outer darkness." Are all gentiles destined for eternal burnings?

    When dealing with this Cult..

Actually, Rome started torturing and killing heretics before Calvin was born. Ever heard of the Spanish Inquisition or pope Clement the 5th's edict condemning the Knights Templar? There is no one good but God. Do you believe the Lord?

    When dealing with this Cult..

This post accuses the brethren. Satan is the accuser of the brethren. Therefore you are Satan. It's not particularly good logic, but better than yours as it's based upon scripture.

(Adultery) C.I. Scofield And Dispensationalism's Foundations

You do know that Jesus' lineage includes the Canaanite prostitute Rahab, the adulterer and murderer King David, as well as other unsavory characters like the apostate king Manasseh, right? I don't believe in Dispensationalism, but you've mentioned some fine and spirit filled ministers in your...

    Let me remind you

The entire generation that left Egypt perished in the wilderness or prior to crossing the Jordon with 2 notable exceptions, Joshua, and Caleb. The reason God lead Israel through the wilderness for 40 years was specifically to allow the generation that was afraid to make war against the "giants"...

The Rapture Is in Olivet Discourse

I've heard Matthew 24 used to support the rapture fallacy before, but that ignores what Jesus taught in chapter 13 of the same gospel. 40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. 41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will...

Jerusalem: A Fig Tree That Will Bud Again

27 “Therefore you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Drink, be drunk, and vomit! Fall and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you.” ’ 28 And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup from your hand to drink, then you shall say to them...

Jerusalem: A Fig Tree That Will Bud Again

I'm unfamiliar with Calvin's teaching but have probably heard some of it in the Baptist churches that I've attended, but I absolutely believe in predestination. It's the only way to explain how an unregenerate sinner, a person whose only feelings toward God are anger and hatred, would turn to...

Jerusalem: A Fig Tree That Will Bud Again

37 Thus says the Lord: “If heaven above can be measured, And the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel For all that they have done, says the Lord. Jeremiah 31:37 (If you read the entire chapter, you'll see that this is about the replacement...
