No, Christians didn’t adopt the immortal soul from the Greeks

Death has been visited upon Earth's inhabitants. This intrinsically means Life has been cut short. God's remedy which has been played out in the incarnation and resurrection, ultimately defeats death and life granted to those who want it as specifically explained in 1 Corinthians 15 and 1...

    Bible Character?

There is no reason for sin. If there was there would be an excuse. Death is the consequence of sin. Satan will eventually come to an end.

    Bible Character?

I question the above conclusion. Satan and the angels he persuaded are the creators of havoc. We are told the devil has the power of death. Hebrews 2:14. Freedom of choice makes the giver vulnerable. Love is vulnerable which means it is possible that one who loves is open to abuse.

    Bible Character?

Satan is the fallen angel who temps the whole world. Humans have become his subjects either wittingly or unwittingly. Revelation 12:9 'The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels...

How do you keep your anger in check while witnessing all of the immoral filth and evil of this world?

    What makes a doctrine false?

The great commission is that of Good News. Do we dare reinterpret it by making it advice? Such is the subtlety of one presenting himself as an angel of light. Smoke and mirrors is how he attempts to fool the unsuspecting and those who have it in their minds of being teachers of babes.
