Does God care more for himself than he cares for us?

The Devil is gaslighting the inhabitants of the planet and most believe him. God has visited the planet in a form we can relate to and assured its inhabitants he does not condemn them......the fact is they condemn themselves because they refuse to believe that God does not condemn them.... the...

    The Coming Day of Terror

Your message is one of retribution, not one of mercy. You operate the same way pagans do where their emphasis is subjective ie, their Gods are angry and unless they are appeased (in your case it is believing as you do) they will suffer the displeasure of God. You do not hold out the hand of...

Has anyone every thought that Satan will use the Bible to deceive the very ones trumpeting so much about it?

    Why God forsake Jesus?

God didn't forsake him. In Jesus' extreme agony it appeared to Jesus that God had forsaken him but God hadn't. God was there suffering with him. It is us (humans) who had forsaken him.

    The Coming Day of Terror

I think your emphasis is misplaced Keraz. It is misplaced to the point where your message is no longer good news to the sin sick and the broken and those without hope.

Interesting that the Bible is "the Word of God", unless someone quotes a translation you disagree with.

Yes, Jesus will not be cutting anyone to pieces yet the unbeliever will certainly be in company with other unbelievers. Let us not be naive about the use of Hebrew idioms and interpret them as literal anymore than one would make this English expression literal 'I went to pick blackberries but...

Interesting that the Bible is "the Word of God", unless someone quotes a translation you disagree with.

It's a story to make a point.....The Hebrews loved stories because they told pertinent points ..... It's the point that matters not the details. The story of the Prodigal Son is another. We have stories that circulate in our culture where it is the point that matters not the details of the...

    Red Heifers revisited...

You miss my point Rella! You have taken a metaphor as literal. Would you also conclude that if I told you it was raining cats and dogs where I live, you would think there were four footed pets falling out of the sky?

Interesting that the Bible is "the Word of God", unless someone quotes a translation you disagree with.

Among the many false beliefs and distortions creeping into the Church at the time one was that one could be baptised for those who had died but didn't get baptised. Paul is countering the disbelief in the resurrection (the context tells us this) by making the point that if the dead aren't raised...

Red Heifers revisited... or is it a red herring?

Do the Law Preachers Here Get Circumcised as the Law Commands?

Is that an accusation Jesus makes or is it Satan's?

Do the Law Preachers Here Get Circumcised as the Law Commands?

Forgiveness and accusations or blame are incongruent. There are plenty who claim they defend the Bible.....but what is it they defend? the murderous accounts of different kings? genocide? the subjugation of women, the right to own slaves? John and James's desire to incinerate the Samaritans...

Do the Law Preachers Here Get Circumcised as the Law Commands?

Do you love your enemies and forgive them as Jesus taught us or do you have plenty of accusations and blame for them?

    The Coming Day of Terror

The women sang as David and Saul returned from their battles, 'Saul has slain his thousands and David his ten thousands' yet it is recorded that David was a man after God's own heart. Does that make God a mass murderer? HOW you hear the scriptures is determined by who you listen to. James and...

    The Coming Day of Terror

Can you not hear the plain words of Jesus 'love your enemies, do good to those who treat you poorly' Do you think God would not do what he asks us to do? Have you forgotten Jesus' response after James and John wanted to call fire down on the Samaritans? Luke 9:51-55 51As the time approached...

Interesting that the Bible is "the Word of God", unless someone quotes a translation you disagree with.

We can translate, manufacture and quote till the desert freezes over but unless we see Jesus as God's final word and hear him, we become flailing, stubborn and self important people who will not understand how to understand the written word. We will in fact spin off on a thousand tangents...
