    I do not believe at all that Jesus was born with a sin nature like us. Yet, He was tempted through the flesh, and of course, Satan. I wonder how many times Jesus was tempted to strike the Pharisees with lightning, lol.

    God has blessed me but, I have no local church that I would want to attend. There are many ways to bless others monetarily, when God puts it on your heart. Pantry's, soup kitchens, ministries, and even here if asked for donations! :joyful::Agreed::pray:

    Only about four times! I just ordered the Foxes book of Martyrs and The Question of God: CS Lewis, and a Grief Observed also by C.S.Lewis. Got them all for 23 dollars at Thriftbooks.

    We do NOT pray TO the bible but we should be praying THE bible. The Psalms have some wonderful prayers and, how would you even knw who you are praying TO (God, through Christ) without His living breathing Word?

    I tend to agree with you, the church is corrupt anymore :( Was looking for some direction as none of us are "leaders" but, we do plan on the Holy Spirit TO lead us. Thanks Scott.
