Don't just take my word for anything that I might say to you. Be a Berean (Acts of the Apostles 17:10-11). If the Bible contradicts what you have learned from human authors (and it does) then I would go with the Bible if I were you.

The Trinity is not a very comprehensible doctrine, I will admit that things appear to be contradictory within its concepts. For example, how is God one and yet three at the same time?

Keep reaidng your Bible and I think you may eventually see what I am saying if you are open to what the Holy Spirit wants to say to you. Perhaps read with the idea of the Trinity on the backburner of your thinking. try to glean from the holy scriptures what they really say about the Trinity...

No; they only have the ability because they are being drawn from the outside (the Holy Spirit is merely "with" them. He is not yet "in" or "upon" them.)

The drawn may become born again but it is not a guarantee. You must repent in order to become saved.

Being drawn means that they are given the ability to respond apart from the influence of the demonic or the fact that they were born dead in trespasses and sins.
