    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

Since you just agreed with me I think that I have won the argument. The commandments in Exodus 20:1-17, Deuteronomy 5:6-21 are the ten commandments spoken of in Exodus 34:28.

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

There is an indication. Exodus 34:28 says that there are ten. And scripture interprets scripture. So then, Deuteronomy 5:22, compared to Exodus 34:28 shows that the ten, written on tablets, are the ones spoken of in Deuteronomy 5:6-21; repeated from Exodus 20:1-17....as these are the ones...

The True God and Eternal Life !

Nope, not really. We are taking all of scripture into account and basing our understanding on holy scripture.

    Are you a chosen one?

So, it is based on you; and on what you do. Considering that the heart of man is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked (Jeremiah 17:9), I don't consider that that is a very good place to put your trust.

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

That is a ridiculous argument. Everything God does, He does with purpose. He doesn't accidentally "sneeze".

The True God and Eternal Life !

See the verses that I referenced (John 4:24, Ephesians 4:4). The Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God. You accept the Trinity on faith, even though it does not make sense to the carnal mind. Can you not come to believe in another aspect of it as we are declaring it to...

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

They are the same ten in Deuteronomy 5:6-21 as in Exodus 20:1-17. That the set that was given ends in verse 17 is evident in verse 18 (Exodus 20:18)...thunderings and lightnings being the separation between the ten written on tablets and the extra four that you seem to think are part of the ten.

    Are you a chosen one?

The Holy Ghost is absolutely promised to those who fulfill the condition of the promise in Acts of the Apostles 2:38-39.

John MacArthur says you have nothing to do with being "born again"

In John 6:44, it only says that you cannot come to Jesus apart from being drawn to Him. In John 12:32, it is written that all are drawn to Jesus; which indicates that all can come to Jesus at the point of being drawn to Him; and at no other time. The two passages are indeed speaking of the...

    BIBLE GOSPELS

The gospel is mentioned as "the" gospel in holy scripture...how then can there be more than one?

    Are you a chosen one?

I know that I have most definitely received the Holy Ghost (and remission of sins) through the promise of Acts of the Apostles 2:38-39. For He (and it) has been absolutely promised to me because I have fulfilled the condition of that promise.

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

Look at how it is presented in Deuteronomy 5:6-21: and consider that in Deuteronomy 6:22, it says that the commandments given in that passage were written on tables of stone. Compare to Exodus 34:28, where it says that ten commandments were written on tables of stone. Then count the number of...

    The Ten Commandments—What happened?

We are given the Holy Spirit through faith (Galatians 3:14) and the love of the Lord through the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5). Therefore, love and its practical outworking is not what saves us; but it is a part of our salvation that the love of the Lord is shed abroad in our hearts.

John MacArthur says you have nothing to do with being "born again"

Do you not believe that all are drawn to Jesus at some point in their lives; but that being drawn to Jesus does not guarantee their salvation? That it is only those who are given to Jesus who are guaranteed salvation; and that they are given to Him because God foreknew that they would make a...

    The Bodily Resurrection of Jesus

Actually he is. For he says that "mortality will be swallowed up of life."

The same heresies can also be refuted by the kjv.

John MacArthur says you have nothing to do with being "born again"

Those who are drawn to the Son may or may not be saved. Those who are not given to the Son will not be saved; those who are given to the Son will be saved. The doctrine is inherent in the scriptures in question. I also am asking you to substantiate your pov with scripture, that a man who is...
