Love it!

Unless I make homemade gnocchi's...potato egg dumpling really, I put ricotta and Romano cheese in the dough...they take a long time to prepare and get the consistency correct or, you can screw up this dish very easily. This Italian dish, I DO like!

Well, I wake up many times in the night...VERY restless sleeper, always have been...my poor dogs, lol. Paper bags aren't any better for the environment than plastic ones.
