    The Rest of The Dead

"and WHY it is that He does NOT know the time of His return, only the Father." My take here is that the reason Jesus did not know is because God did not SPEAK it yet...Jesus is THE WORD of God. Just a thought :)

How to debate the Bible: for beginners

To me it means many different things. Like, not to return evil for evil. If someone were nasty to me, my knee jerk reaction USED to be, give it right back and more so. Now, I see that we are not to do that because it could blemish our walk in front of un- believers and most likely push them...

    The Book of Revelation, Understood?

Hi 101 (BTW-is the 101 pertaining to Highway 101 along the West Coast?) Speaking of the one day is as one thousand years to Christ...what do you see when you read Matthew 24: 33-34? "33 So also, when you see all these things, you will know that He is near, right at the door. 34Truly I tell you...

That is very sad. The outcasts of society go through things other "normal" people cannot ever conceive of. We can have empathy, even though we have not experienced these kind of things. Ah, such a broken world :(

Ha! For sure MJ, This girl I knew became my sister in law. Whenever I was at the families home, she was always sitting far back from the rest of us. It was like they treated her like a caged animal. My heart went out to her. I couldn't imagine what her life was like...I do no know what...

What's the weather like where you are?

It was not unusual to see many heavy duty extension cords running from the underneath a cars engine (cords fed through the grill) and plugged into an outlet either on a porch or through a door. It kept the engine block of the car heated so as to be able to start your car in the very cold...

I once knew a hermaphrodite. She was several years younger than I at the time, probably around 12 or so. I know she was picked on quite a bit because she had hair growing on her face and had allot on her arms. She never said much and I felt bad for her. She was born with both male and female...

    genesis 4:14

Just a quick question here, if that is okay. Since you believe in reincarnation, in order to reap what we sow on this earth, why did Jesus have to die if we have to live multiple lives over and over again in this horrid world?

Must worship Him in spirit and in truth.

Thank you Marks! And yes, good comparison with the "lifting of thanks and sacrifices in the Temple" Reminds me of: "Sacrifice thank offerings to God, fulfill your vows to the Most High." Psalm 50:14 So happy we don't have to kill animals! Lol.
