Yes that is a really funny video. Got to love that bear. Here in California we usually just relocate problem bears. They tranquilize them in the city foothills...then they wake up in the wilderness! Hey how did I get here?!!! Another big one...

I know it's difficult but you need to try to calm down. You are only keeping your fight or flight mode going continually by not calming down. So that's why it won't shut off... adrenaline keeps going and keeps you in panic mode. Try doing slow deep breaths like this: breathe in to a count...

When my mom was a child they had outhouses but they lived in the country. In a crowded city like London, this was interesting about how they handled it!
