That's a different kind of vision from the Lord. In the old testament the Lord came upon the prophet and caused a scene to be seen while in a trance like state. I've seen visions but not like Ezekiel. I know what Ananias's vision was like.

I checked the AKJV and Holy Ghost is mentioned 41 times in the book of Acts.

Acts 2:4. I don't use the KJV. I use the 1977 NASB. The 1995 NASB has Holy Spirit 10 times in the OT and 95 times in the NT.

Think of it this way, "Mankind shall not live by bread alone" The reference is to Mankind. OF course it doesn't exclude women.
