PAUL IS AN APOSTLE, BUT TO WHO?

Listen now to how Paul preached the same gospel that Peter preached. Whether you are a Jew or you are a gentile, you must believe the one gospel. And that one gospel is that Jesus died and rose again. It is so clear and simple! Acts 2 22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of...

PAUL IS AN APOSTLE, BUT TO WHO?

Galatians 1 6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto...

PAUL IS AN APOSTLE, BUT TO WHO?

Your doctrine is wrongly divided. There is but one gospel, not two. Gospel to the Jews is the same as to the gentiles. All the apostles and prophets got the same revelation. Ephesians 3 4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ, 5 Which in other ages...

PAUL IS AN APOSTLE, BUT TO WHO?

The New Testament contains all sorts of examples for us. You should not wrongly divide scriptures into what you think are contradictory or conflicting elements. Sometimes we lay hands on people, sometimes we just preach the Word. Paul did not need to repeat things stated in Acts, like believers...

PAUL IS AN APOSTLE, BUT TO WHO?

Paul preached the one saving gospel that Peter preached in Acts 2. The one universal gospel preached to Jew and Greek/gentile. Romans 10 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10...

PAUL IS AN APOSTLE, BUT TO WHO?

Galatians chapter 2 does not say that Paul had to explain the gospel to Peter. Paul just communicated his gospel to the apostles in Jerusalem, to make sure everyone was preaching the same essential doctrines. Galatians 2:2 And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel...

PAUL IS AN APOSTLE, BUT TO WHO?

Wrong. There is only one gospel. Peter did preach the death and resurrection of Jesus, and why would Peter only preach forgiveness by the name of Jesus, without declaring His death and resurrection? Acts 2 22 “Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God...

    The Chosen

The many unbiblical fictions, unseemly additions, and false portrayals of Christ in The Chosen do not bother you at all? I would hope that the written gospels alone could be vivid to us, and not need irreverent film presentations to enhance the events in our minds.

The deadly consequences of denying limited atonement !

Yes. I like much of the theology of the reformation. But each reformer had some ideas that were not so good. Luther had some antisemitism. I think it is dangerous to accept and follow all the doctrines of any one theologian.

The deadly consequences of denying limited atonement !

I am glad you are not a Calvinist. I know history, too. And the history of John Calvin tells me any theology based on his ideas is not good.

The deadly consequences of denying limited atonement !

History books are not infallible. Standing tall in a history of the reformation movement is no guarantee that a theologian is worth following. I’m glad you oppose the universalism doctrine that everyone goes to heaven. But, contrary to what Calvinism teaches, everyone could go to heaven, if...

The deadly consequences of denying limited atonement !

The excuse of “everybody was doing it” is no justification for John Calvin approving of the execution of his theological opponents. Calvinism is named after John Calvin. Thus, he should be examined to see if his life reflected true Christian principles. It did not.

    Reason for The Crusades explained

Jesus did not say, “Peter strike with more precision.” He said, “Peter, put away thy sword.”

The deadly consequences of denying limited atonement !

The 5 TULIP points of Calvinism are not biblical. They are an erroneous theological trainwreck. Look at the man whose name is attached to this error. Matthew 7 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad...

    The Chosen

This makes it look like Jesus is a speaker. This is sacrilegious. The Chosen is not good.
