Well if your confidence is in the Sovereign Spirit of God to convict and convince humans of sin, righteousness and the judgement to come then you can trust in Them to redeem even me who seeks God's words within and outside of the bibles.

You would rather we be fully and exclusively in the bible OR fully and exclusively outside it. But the reality is we feed on words that come from the mouth of God whenever and however God delivers them, even those found in the bible.

Unfortunately Jack doesn't struggle with me if I walked away from the bible. Or of course if I fully embraced the bible as God's ONLY words to us. But since I receive, believe and live by God's words found inside the bible AND beyond it this seems to frustrate the HELL out of him.
