I can't tell you how much dealing with a Chromium deficiency has changed my life! (addicted to sugar?)

It's got to the point, where I can look at chocolate at the checkout in a supermarket and it doesn't bother me. How good is God (when you take care of what He's given you, the way you are supposed to!)

Demographic collapse. Capitalism Dies of Childlessness

Oh ok. I thought it was another prediction about sustainability - you actually mean "no-one has enough resources, without everyone having children"? I know of someone who is 'just taking care of kids, not having them' are they helping or hindering the situation?

Once you have Grace (from God), the work is easier

Yes, but the gift comes wrapped - you have to work to unpack the gift! "How much more will your Father give the Holy Spirit, to those that ask Him?" (Gospels from memory). I'm talking about getting more of the Holy Spirit, not discussing the Terms and Conditions of allowable Salvation.

Are we Jacob or Esau? loving God or loving the world? (Gen 25:19-28:9)

I like that idea - thoughts going straight to God - but I take a different approach: thoughts all refracting God's light. I think it pays to extend the interpretation of God's statement about Jacob and Esau: "Jacob I have loved [but perhaps a little too much] and Esau I have hated [with a...

Demographic collapse. Capitalism Dies of Childlessness

I'm just saying I don't depend on my circumstances. I depend on Jesus. I think maybe what we need is someone who can address this problem. Maybe even a group of people internationally. There was a time when we were destroying the Ozone Layer; but we managed to stop that in time!

I am the detachment, the enlightenment and the balance of Samsara, no one responds to the One alive in Nirvana but by the power of the Crucible (om?)

This is in danger of getting way too complex. If I quote you verses and ask you to see correlations, but your complaint is that the Bible doesn't explicitly say "Jesus gives us enlightenment", then I am just going to waste my time. The reason is that Jesus gives us "joy", which is greater than...

The problem with urging people to apply themselves (in works), is that you need to go back further in the past to justify them (rushed?)

Hi there, So there is a simple three-fold problem here and its starts with being dissatisfied with your own level of work, but it moves on to being dissatisfied with the works of others. This is no good. The point is that works with God are enjoyable and if you are not enjoying your work, the...

Why is the World Silent About the Largest Genocide of Christians in History?

I would even go so far as to ask "why does no-one realise that it's the Devil that divides nations against each other (including the Christian nation - which is spiritual)?"

What if I don’t want eternal life?

Jesus serves. If you are not ready for the next step in eternity, Jesus will wait for you.

Playing with Fire: The Cost of Willful Sin

In response to the OP: There is a weed on the Earth, that no-one wants to touch, for its fruit is continual poison and it is "I will believe in them, when they believe in me". Refuse to share your oil! It is the only way!

Word of the Lord for COVID

As long as the Devil lives, diseases are going to want to destroy us. Lord willing, we have a peaceful end!

Demographic collapse. Capitalism Dies of Childlessness

In response to the OP: It would be great if you talked about how we need to pray for this issue? I for one, am grateful for what I have got and have told God so.

    Was Jesus Orthodox? (or Baptist?)

John was called "John the Baptist", so when He baptised Jesus, that identified that He trusted Baptists. However, to fulfil the Law in relation to Baptism you have to do more than "trust" - Jesus fulfilled the Law, in going to the Cross, therefore He was able to identify as something greater...

    Is gambling a sin?

They gambled at the Cross, remember? The important thing is, to remember to pay your tithes of what you win. You would be surprised how much generosity, helps you keep "self-control". There is a similar phenomenon with alcohol and anything not enjoyed in moderation.

18 Reasons Why It’s Hard Being a Christian in Today’s World

Everything is relative, until it's relatively relative: then it's absolute.

18 Reasons Why It’s Hard Being a Christian in Today’s World

God never brings something to an end, unless people have stopped suffering.

Thinking you see the Cross, at the moment you see Christ (and not before), actually slows you down: but the Holy Spirit said to me "don't worry"

Hi there! So I had the first real connection with the Holy Spirit, right now and I thought "I better share this, or I will miss what's next"! Anyway, what I was thinking was "I'm always thinking of the Cross, with Christ on it" - like that is the default way the image works in my mind. The...

    Believe Jesus

Yes, it is! It's true that Washington DC was America - that's just not the proper way to say it. If I say "Washington DC was American" that is closer to the truth; but really I need to say "Washington DC was an American city". Whatever you say to that, don't say "no, American can't mean cities...

The Mark of the Beast is here!

I'm not asking people who haven't been converted, to pray; I'm asking those who have read Luke 21:36 and understood it by the Holy Spirit to be a command, to pray. The faith is not a mountain that needs to be moved; the faith is a cloud that needs to be reminded it has already moved!
