Holiness should be reflected in your home

Agreed. In fact, those that we have at home should always see our very best! However, nearly every single one of us shows those at home our absolute worst. Why is this? For those that we say we love the most (our spouses and children), why is it that these are the most abused? We hurt those that...

    Trying to quit smoking

I believe in you. My initial advice would be to eliminate three of the Devil's three best tools: fear (of people), shame, and guilt. No one can heal from much of anything if they suffer from fear, shame, and guilt. It seems that when a person sheds themselves of a guilty conscience, this is when...

God's Gifts of Peace. Healing, and Prosperity are for His Family!

Hmmm . . . this is referring to a Spiritual "richness," wouldn't you think? Seems like this is reflective of Christ on the Cross who became separated from God so as to bring us close. Maybe? :)

God's Gifts of Peace. Healing, and Prosperity are for His Family!

That's an interesting verse. Most translations make it seem clear that John "wished" that these people were well. This would be a far cry from the Lord Causing health, wealth and prosperity as a Promise or Blessing fulfilled. Thanks for the verse! :)

God's Gifts of Peace. Healing, and Prosperity are for His Family!

Good grief, my friend . . . I just realized that I still have your email to respond to. I should have done that before posting, here. Forgive me! :)

God's Gifts of Peace. Healing, and Prosperity are for His Family!

I hear what you're saying. Do you have a New Testament example of these being common blessings amongst the average Christian? I might be wrong, but I don't recall anyone in the New Testament living this way. Hey . . . I've been wrong before. :)

God's Gifts of Peace. Healing, and Prosperity are for His Family!

Hmmm . . . I don't see the Apostle Paul sharing in these worldly concepts. Are you sure that the "real" Promises and Blessings don't ultimately point towards heaven?

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

Thanks. Welcome to the Block List. You do not take our Holy Faith seriously, and thus I have no patience for this nonsense anylonger.

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

You're not taking this Faith seriously and I have no patience with such an attitude. Welcome to the Block List.

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

You refuse to tell of a Transformation story because extremely few actually have them. Why? Because extremely few have been "known" by God. When God shows Himself in a Powerful way, it is impossible to keep your mouth shut about it. Instead, what you do is twist and turn all things against...

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

Amazing. What you left out was the qualifying statement, which is: "(if you were allowed to continue without consequence)." Yes, I'm sure that you behave differently at church, but because I'm not God, nor do I hold a crystal ball to show me how you are at Church, there is a possibility that...

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

So . . . no. The answer is No. Your co-church members are not confrontational and combative like yourself. Whew! I'll bet if I walked into one of their churches, they wouldn't be rude, but warm and welcoming.

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

That's because you haven't been Transformed. Anyone who has been Transformed by Christ cannot help but tell their story . . . it is what they "live" for. I'll pray that you would experience the Power of God, and it will be through experiencing His Power, that you will discover the necessity of...

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

Okie Doke. I find you to be quite baffling. I hope that one day you can find a way to communicate without embittering souls and perhaps might find a way to reach us . . . since you feel that we are sick. And if we are sick and need the Truth, why not have compassion, grace, and mercy in your...

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

The SDA church thinks it audacious to meet and dedicate time to the Lord? If you've had an actual Romans 12:2 Holy Transformation, I'd be interested in listening to how you've changed by a Power other than yourself. Looking forward to it.

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

Curious: The attitude that you share, here . . . are all people in the SDA churches like you?

Colossians 2:14-16 - The Law That Was Against Us

I don't oppose you, rather, I oppose your harsh attitude. I'm 100% certain that you don't go to church and talk to ANYONE, face to face, as you "talk" to many here. If we attended the same church, I'm certain that I'd leave because of how you treat others (if you were allowed to continue without...
