    "The word was a god"?

Knowing all the rebuttals to the obvious context of scripture means that you are that much deeper in darkness.

    "The word was a god"?

You are trying to come up with an explaining away of the obvious context of scripture that says Jesus is God. It has been stated plainly in scripture so that people like you can't say you had an excuse on judgement day.

    "The word was a god"?

Posting scripture is one thing, believing scripture is another. (See post 88) You don't believe so you walk in darkness.

    "The word was a god"?

John 10:30 “The Father and I are one.” John 1:18 “No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.“ Colossians 2:9-10 “For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily. and in Christ you have been...

    "The word was a god"?

John 8:23-24 “You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. 24 I told you that you would die in your sins; if you do not believe that I am he, you will indeed die in your sins. According to scripture, the two go together. If you if you do not believe Jesus...

    "The word was a god"?

For those reading, if you deny Jesus is God, you are not born again. (Not directed towards you David)

    Political Zionism?

I don't read your posts anymore because they are loaded with satanic, anti-semetic propaganda.

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

I quoted nothing backwards, my quote was a partial quote, two very different things. You haven't given an answer to the rest of the scriptures I provided.

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

I wasn't implying repentence for the remission of sins I was quoting that part of the verse. That said, baptism is an outward expression of our faith not required for salvation that would not be compatible with the rest of scripture and would add works to salvation. "For if you confess with...

    Political Zionism?

    Anti-semetic propaganda is indeed satanic.

Christians and Jews are both anti Acts 2:38.

You are leaving out the part about repentence for the remission of sins, water baptism without repentence would not save anyone, the irony is that leaving out repentence would mean that you are anti-acts, hypothetically.

All that makes sense, I guess I've just not been close enough to enough cults to notice.

Why will God end our world?

Ah, thanks for the clarification. I will read it again to gain a deeper understanding. Shalom!

Why will God end our world?

Hmmm. Well scripture alludes to people still sinning during the millenial reign because it tells that some will refuse to go to the yearly feast and the Lord will judge their crops that year.

I never hear them, the ones I know talking about commandment keeping over the cross or trying to stay saved through self effort. That is another mischaracterization

That is a mischaracterization of people who believe you can lose your salvation. I am not decided on the issue because scripture could lead a person either way. You can't say that they are unsaved by default because that in itself would deny that Jesus can save and would leave you in a catch 22.
