    FORGIVEN OR NOT ?

I agree with much of what you said, but are you in part implying that one can willfully sin and still remain forgiven? Is not forsaking ALL sin a requirement of forgiveness?

Does ALL sins include "Past, Present and Future" sins?

Luke 6 [46] And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? [47] Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: [48] He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the...

    One Voice

Hi Mayflower, a yielded vessel and the Word are what make a disciple; then, you'll know whether or not the doctrine is of God. Prayer, fasting and dining on the Word are spiritual exercises to condition a disciple of the Lord for battle. Also, I love the Scripture cited!

    FORGIVEN OR NOT ?

When taking the totality of Scripture, we find that walking in the Light (Obedience), which is an ongoing process, we are then cleansed of all sin. 1 John 1 [7] But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son...

The Coming Coup/Invasion Of Washington D.C.

Thanks for reminding me of the exact words of Dana Coverstone concerning his dream(s). To your point, there may well be an attempted coup by the hard left after Trump wins yet another unwinnable election. November is here, so Brace yourselves, Brace yourselves, Brace yourselves!

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

Here's the judgement on willful sin. Acts 5 [1] But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, [2] And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet. [3] But Peter said, Ananias, why hath...

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

I call it a fault, perhaps a lack of knowledge or ignorance, but not willful sin. A sinner willfully sins, but not a Saint. The Saints stand with their God when temptation comes knocking.

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

Christians have faults that God works on as we grow in the knowledge of the Lord, but don't conflate that with willful sin. James 5 [16] Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

You conflate one's faults with willful sin. Your doctrine stinks to high Heaven. James 5 [19] Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; [20] Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a...

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

You're sold out to he the old man and will die in him. Hell awaits.

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

Get behind me, Satan! You savor the things that are of men, not God.

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

So why oppose the doctrine? There's no need to split hairs. One is either holy or unholy, righteous or unrighteous, on the highway to Heaven or the highway to hell. By looking into the perfect mirror, the Holy Bible, we can know where we stand.

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

    You oppose the Scriptures.

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

Don't you know that surrendering to sin equals death? James 1 [14] But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. [15] Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

This is your position? We are all sinners, whether born again or not? BTW, King David went through great agony over his willful sin, and God forgave him because of His great mercy. Did King David continue in sin? No, he repented.

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

The may be believers, but they're not Saints; and it's the Saints who go marching in, not sinners -- whether believers or not. 1 John 3 [7] Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. [8] He that committeth sin is of the devil; for...

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

Again, there is a difference between willful sin and sin without knowledge, and the Scriptures confirm it. The Saints of God do not willfully sin, but sinners do. John 5 [14] Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse...

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

You're in opposition to the Word of God. Numbers 15 [27] And if any soul sin through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year for a sin offering. [28] And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before the LORD, to...

Is Obedience a Condition of Salvation?

You are correct: a child of God does not willfully sin. When temptation comes knocking, sin is resisted and overcome by the love of God abiding in the child of God.
