Any way I thought the Catholic church at one time taught Jesus didn't even pass through the birth canal, because that would be too unholy. They add a lot of baggage to the virginal birth and Mary that just isn't in scripture.

The second book of Daniel does not tell us what the kingdoms are... And I'm not an authority on ancient kingdoms, so anything I come up with would be just a guess. My guess is that this prophecy was already fulfilled before Christ.
