Prayers. I too have muscle wasting from dead nerves in my lower legs and ankles. Pretty sure you will be able to strengthen that muscle once strong enough. I will pray for full healing.

Plavious, Christians can be so cruel and judgemental. What is so off putting is how presumptuous so many are! They THINK they know yet, in reality know nothing of what another is going through. Jesus would NEVER be like them! There is a way to block these people from private messaging you...

They look like large Jalapenos! It's not expensive to eat right. We have places like Save-a-Lot, Adli's, many road stands with all kinds of fruit and veggies. Not to mention many food AND clothes pantries around here.
