I have a brother who has overcome this with prayer and staying off FB and all social media and of course, by the blood of the Lamb and prayer/trust.

Agreed and, Christians have no business judging sinners to begin with! If someone does not claim Christianity we are not to judge but if they are a Christian, or claiming to be yet still sin - have at it!
