    True Trinity.

No one can say that Jesus is the Lord except by the Holy Ghost (1 Corinthians 12:3 (kjv)). And truly, Jesus is the one Lord of holy scripture (1 Corinthians 8:6).

    True Trinity.

Truly, there is one Lord (Ephesians 4:5); and that Lord is the Father (Matthew 11:25, Luke 10:21).

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

The Reformation, and the movement of people who left Catholicism, was based on Luther's 95 theses which he placed on the doorstep of the church at Rome. These theses showed forth what were the abuses of the Catholic Church at that time in history; and they also reveal that departure from the...

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

It is what John said of those who leave faith in Jesus Christ. Paul himself left the community of the apostles on not a few occasions; but he was an apostle himself. They sent him out to bring the gospel where it had never before been preached. He went into geographical areas where the gospel...

Now, if you find that the doctrines of the cult were not sound according to scripture, and discontinued from believing them, then I would say that you are no longer of that cult, to the glory and praise of God.

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

That is a primary verse used by cults to keep people within their number. When in all reality it is talking about faith in Jesus Christ. For someone can leave the building without leaving the flock. They may become missionaries to somewhere else. Or, perhaps the Lord wanted them to move from...

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

If someone has been influenced by the doctrines of Seventh-Day Adventism but doesn't any longer set foot in a building designated as a church by the Seventh-Day Adventists, are they a part of the true church, in your opinion, @ReChoired?

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

I am saying that because I believe in Jesus Christ and am born again of His Holy Spirit, I am a part of His true church. The only name given under heaven among men for that which is His true church is "the church"...the body of those who are born again of the Holy Spirit of God.

Seventh-Day Adventism? What is your chapter and verse for that?

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

It seems to me that those who truly believe in Jesus Christ will not be thirsty for the toilet water that this world offers to us to drink (see John 6:35; 1 John 2:15-16). So, the true church consists of those who do not practice iniquity because of faith in Jesus Christ (see Matthew 7:21-23...

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

The point of those who are really a part of God's true church... That the true church is not any singular denomination of man that can be identified with a name. But that it is composed of all who place their faith in Jesus Christ for salvation; and are born again of the Spirit of the Lord.

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

If, in being baptized in Jesus' Name, one is identifying with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, then they are coming to Him in the right way.

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

Oneness Pentecostalism also claims to be the One True Church (as does every other cult)... It seems to me that there is a competition afoot.

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

Seventh-Day Adventism is based on White's writings and she is the founder of that borderline pseudo-Christian cult.

Do you belong to "the [true] Church" (1 Tim 3:15)?, if so, how do you prove it?

The NT Gentiles did indeed follow Paul (1 Corinthians 4:16, 1 Corinthians 11:1).

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

You can harden your heart to what I am preaching...it doesn't mean that others also will do the same.

The myth of grace-only & easy-believism shattered forever

I'm not talking about the Catholic Church...which I now deem to be a cult. The Catholic Church has been wrong on indulgences and its hyper-exaltation of Mary, among other things.

It seemed implied by your statements in post #69. Thanks for clarifying.
