Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

And I would suggest reading the first four posts in this thread, beginning here: Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity. I wrote them because of the fact that the Lord has given me an understanding of the true Trinity through reading and meditating on His word... If you continue to...

    Please explain this.

I'm almost tempted to PM you and give you the scoop on the heresy I am talking about...but I assure you that your faith would not survive, and therefore I refrain. And there you go judging again; calling my paternalism "fake". I assure you that I withhold the information out of genuine care...

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

Maybe the information is for later, then, when you will be in the mood to think about it. Who's Ralph?

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

The nature of inhabiting eternity is that if One descends from that position, they cannot vacate eternity in order to ascend. So the answer is, in the descending, God the Father continued to inhabit eternity; thus the distinction in Persons. Because now you have one Person inhabiting eternity...

However, the point of my question was that if any version also has errors in it, then it will also ultimately lead you astray by that 1 degree off when headed to Hawaii in a plane. In order to have the unadulterated, saving message of God's word, God's word must be without error as concerning...

Trinity vs. Tritheism: Understanding the Trinity.

Because the first person of the Trinity descended to become a Man; thus forming the second Person of the Trinity. Therefore the 2nd Person is formed by the hypostatic union...in Spirit He is God (the Father)...but in the flesh He is the Son of man.

    Please explain this.

I don't see it making that point. NO. Because if I tell you what the heresy is, the Lord will hold me accountable for spreading that heresy further. So you can either take my word for it or else call me a liar...but I am not going to subject myself to whatever punishment might ensue if...

    Is Hell worse for Some?

It is very correct. To say that He is a Man is exactly what is meant when scripture declares that He is come in the flesh.

I told you I was being facetious, did I not? As a matter of fact I was speaking hypothetically. And it is also possible that any one of us, who studies to shew himself approved, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth, might have 100% of the truth; even...

    Please explain this.

Since sanctification is the work that God performs in us of making us like Christ, it is not accomplished in us through any works of righteousness that we can do. It is entirely a work of the Holy Spirit. Those who are made like Christ will operate in good works as the result. But this...

    Please explain this.

The atheist once proudly said, "I found it! The Bible says, "there is no God." To which the believer replied, "you have taken that out of context. It says, "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God."" And if the person does not want to serve the Lord, he will take the wrong message...

    Please explain this.

So, you do not believe that our salvation is maintained by works? If our salvation is maintained by works, then our works save us (keep us saved). Nevertheless, if you are going to look at doctrinally correct theology, the works that accompany a living faith do not save or keep us saved...

You talking about Calvinism or the doctrines that I currently hold? If the latter, then yes, I have an owner's manual...the Holy Bible.
  15. J

    Please explain this.

No owner's manual...but the layout of their doctrine is quite simple: T)otal depravity U)nconditional Election L)imited Atonement I)rresistible Grace P)erseverance of the Saints.

    Please explain this.

And what a slam that is in my opinion! I do believe in POTS, but most of the other tenets in TULIP I hold to about 1/2 of each letter as being doctrinally correct.
  17. J

    Please explain this.

POTS is Perseverance of the Saints. 1Jo 2:17, And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever. to be compared to: 1Jo 3:6, Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. And, if my "theory"...

How would you know unless you yourself were 100% correct on biblical truth?
  19. J

    Please explain this.

It means that you don't trust in your works to save you; and that you place your trust wholly in Him and what He did on the Cross, to save you. for your salvation. There is nothing wrong with doing good deeds. Keep doing them. Just do them realizing that you aren't keeping yourself saved in...
