See Revelation 19:8. We are saying that if someone truly believes, they have a spiritual life that will never end. If they merely "believed", then their faith was nominal, lukewarm, or shallow...mere mental assent to the tenets of the gospel.

So, those who live and believe in Jesus will never die physically? You said, "when we die as believers" which indicates that there is physical death awaiting the believer who doesn't get raptured. And which also indicates that the fact that we "shall never die" is referring to spiritual death...
