    BAPTISM

I'm really just giving you a hard time... If your conscience allows you to ask the saints to pray for you and you want them to be your mediator between you and God instead of Jesus, more power to you...

    BAPTISM

The first definition that you gave was valid...the fact that you departed from it and searched for another dictionary indicates that you have itching ears.

    BAPTISM

Nope. It says "especially". nec·ro·man·cy Dictionary result for necromancy /ˈnekrəˌmansē/ noun 1. the supposed practice of communicating with the dead, especially in order to predict the future. That indicates that it is the practice of communicating with the dead; but not only in order to...

    Calvinism is a Cult

I left them in the other thread Calvinism is NOT a Cult because Jesus said to let the blind be leaders of the blind. Mhj29, Sovereign Grace, Preacher4truth, and maybe a few others, are over there primarily, but may return here to purport their myths. I do not know that I will continue to...

    BAPTISM

Asking them to pray for you is communication, you cannot deny that.

    BAPTISM

Nope. Nice play on words though.

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

Anyway, I gave the definition from the Greek word for access in a recent post; and it refutes your pov as far as I'm concerned. Therefore, there is no reason to continue from my pov since it is a matter of stubbornness on your part and not your ignorance of the truth on the matter. So, bye...

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

Never mind, just ask me your questions again and then answer mine after I have answered yours. I don't want to go to the trouble of dredging it up (which is what you were counting on).

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

No, according to Romans 10:9-10 a person can have faith but this will only produce righteousness, not salvation, if there is no confession.

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

As I said before, Jesus gives us the key to the door as an act of sovereign grace. Through using this key on the door, we can enter through the door into the room we call grace. The grace of receiving the key means nothing if you don't enter in by the door; you won't be a partaker of all the...

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

No, because I don't believe it. So, Sovereign Grace, how do you account for the fact that we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand?

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

Stubborn like a mule...I know that you see it but will not admit to it...just like a JW (makes me think of the thread title again...kind of defensive if you ask me).

Sorry, I wrote post #345 wrong. Please read it and answer again. Thank you.

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

    Your point?

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

With or without faith? If with, then grace does not come before faith. If without, then you are right, but Romans 5:2 is wrong. Which one is it?

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

Psa 51:3, For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Where free will comes in is in concerning whether we can believe the gospel or not.

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

Strong's #4318... prosagoge, pros-ag-ogue-ay'; from 4317 (comp. 72) admission: --access Rom 5:2, By whom also we have access (admission) by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

It seems to me that Unconditional Election and Limited Atonement together, teach that a person can call on the name of the Lord for salvation and yet not be saved. This is in contradiction to Rom 10:13, For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

Show me how Calvinism does not teach that Romans 10:13 should be quoted as "Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord might not be saved." If you can do that, then I will consider the doctrine more carefully. Otherwise, I count it as unbiblical and this conversation is basically over.

    Calvinism is NOT a Cult!

No; I asked you this question a long time ago and you refused to answer. So, now, you answer my question first. But, if you insist on making me answer your questions first, then you are the one acting like a child. But I will answer them if you reiterate them below; because I have no idea...
