Who are the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Persons of the Trinity then? Are they not Father, Son, and Holy Ghost? If you do not confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of God then there is something wrong with you, 1 John 4:15, 1 John 5:5.

Without unconditional Election,no one would be saved.

Man has free will because the Lord, in His sovereignty, ordained it to be so. God is still the Almighty One.

    The Issue of Calvinism.

It seems to me that Romans 10:13 Rom 10:13, For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. indicates to all of us that: --Everyone and anyone is a candidate for salvation --the condition for being saved is that we call upon the name of the Lord --if anyone calls upon the...

The God that mankind is rebelling against doesn't exist.

Eph 2:15, Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; Eph 2:16, And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: Heb 7:18, For...

The God that mankind is rebelling against doesn't exist.

Since scripture interprets scripture (1 Corinthians 2:13 (kjv)) I suggest comparing this to Ephesians 2:15-16, Hebrews 7:18-19 and Romans 6:14, Romans 7:4, and Romans 7:6.

The statement that I made is in affirmation of the incarnation. I'm not sure where you're coming from on this.

    The Issue of Calvinism.

How does a man repent if it is not his freewill choice to do so? Why does God make it a command rather than just working it into us magically by pulling on the string?

There Will be some "Good Moral People" that go to Hell!

I would point out, however, that good moral behaviour is the common result of becoming born again. 3Jo 1:11, Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

    The Gospel

Understanding that Jesus is the Father is something that will come to people over time, as they continue to study the scriptures and learn what they mean; but this understanding is not the gospel in itself. It does have something to do with whether a person has the right Jesus (2 Corinthians...

The God that mankind is rebelling against doesn't exist.

I believe that the focus of the gospel message has nothing to do with what day the Lord rested on after creating everything; but that it has everything to do with Jesus Christ and Him crucified (1 Corinthians 2:2, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4). You can make the sabbath an issue; but to the godly...

The 2nd Person (Jesus Christ) is come in the flesh.

    The Issue of Calvinism.

I would venture to say that the Lord God did not create satan a murderer. Ezekiel 28:15 is traditionally interpreted to be about satan; and would indicate that his beginnings were hopeful. (therefore the Bible, actually, is not silent on the issue).

    Commentary on Romans.

Rom 4:17, (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. Rom 4:18, Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations...

    The Issue of Calvinism.

So, are you saying by this that you believe that God created satan a murderer? It seems to me that John 8:44 tells us that the devil began knowing the truth but did not abide in the truth; iow, he departed from it.

Ear piercing: for sons as well as for daughters: is it appropriate? (plus poll)

Maybe some day...but not in the foreseeable near future.

We can gain insight into who the Holy Spirit is by understanding the terminology in the kjv wherein He is called "the Holy Ghost." He is the Spirit of Jesus who died, see Luke 23:46.

That would take going through every verse line-by-line and showing that it is accurate to what the Holy Ghost intended to say; which would very likely take eons. No; I think that the burden of proof is on you to show that it isn't. That the kjv is inspired and inerrant is something that must...

I witnessed someone speaking in tongues today

If a person cannot speak in tongues, then an effective substitute might be to pray the disciples' prayer once a day. Mat 6:5, And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen...

I didn't say that. Do you believe that every translation that differs from your preferred translation (the Nearly Inspired Version) has to be wrong because it does not translate it exactly the same as the NIV?
