OK I looked it up and Shakyamuni is the Buddha. Are you a Buddhist? The Buddha was just a man...a vessel like any mortal. Jesus is a Life giving Spirit...the Creator of all living beings. The Buddha has no life to give to others....he is simply judged by his own righteousness. But Jesus Christ...

I only said that wicked men put Jesus on the cross. Come on now. Your dishonesty is well noted. Jesus allowed Himself to be crucified. He did not crucify Himself. And your claim that God is unrighteous is unfounded.

47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind: 48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away. 49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall...

No, God's will is done IN SPITE of what we do. Did Joseph get thrown down a well by God? was God jealous of Joseph, or his brothers? Did God tell Joseph's brothers to throw him down a well. And yet God used their evil to save the people by bringing them to Egypt. I think you have to expand...

Bible Study: The Gospel is in the Torah

Spoken as a true pretender. And a bald-faced liar. I don't rebuke people because they are not walking in the higher walk...that is your deafness and blindness at work. I know how impossible the higher walk is for we humans. I rebuke people because they CLAIM to be something they are not...they...

Fulfill....because the SPIRIT of the text implies that God's will is being done...not that we can claim to be elevated because we put Jesus to death...as in YAY we killed Jesus so we can become great!

It depends if you are reading the text with the intent to justify yourself. Either one can tilt toward appeasing the human ego (made), or make sure the text cannot be so twisted (fulfilled). In the case of the word "ginomai" one could choose either word in translation (made or fulfilled). What...

A more biblical descriptive would be Pharisaical or hypocrite. But I know the sensitivity of many egos here.

Bible Study: The Gospel is in the Torah

Go back a few thousand years...BEFORE the corruption of the church into a religious system. And look at how the word "aphesis" translated as remission in the kjv (ex. Matt 26:28) ...and now has been altered bald-facedly as forgiveness ....in every other translation. It's what the people want...

Bible Study: The Gospel is in the Torah

It should read " He was made to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might fulfill the righteousness of God in Him" In the text, it is wicked men who made Jesus to be sin...not God. And no one can BECOME God's righteousness for Him...but the Greek word "ginomai" means "to do". or "fulfill"...

The truth of that verse has been corrupted by translators just as many other passages have also been corrupted. It goes by what people WANT to hear rather than what's in the actual biblical text. All the translators are doing is giving people what they want by manipulatng the text away from it's...

And...love for hate, good for bad. God responds as He is...not as we are. But His light also exposes our darkness...our evil. Will we allow His goodness to change our ways?

This is true. But the sinful adult will read the bible with a view to self-justification, complicating the narrative to the point where it is unrecognizable to the upright reader.

Bible Study: The Gospel is in the Torah

The wisdom of God is greater than the folly of men trying to be wise. God catches people in their own design. While people read the bible to read into it whatever need they think they have, the bible is in truth interpreting them. It is written that the word of God is a DISCERNER of the thoughts...

Bible Study: The Gospel is in the Torah

You put your trust in men, not God. The devil's ministry is your own It is the work of men in translation. A translation is just a targum....an interpretation. You have to go to the original words for them to be inspired. That doesn't mean that the translations are devoid of truth. It just...

Bible Study: The Gospel is in the Torah

You are too funny. Are you that naive? God did not translate the bible into English. Look at how poorly the bible is being translated today...and the translations always took away from the power of the words from God. I think maybe you are too naive to understand how the religious system works...

Total fabrication. It isn't the translators who were inspired, it was the original authors. And many times the translators take liberties to dull the word or twist it to their own agenda. But again, God takes men's evil and makes something productive with it. Of course it also exposes the false...

Bible Study: The Gospel is in the Torah

Why does God allow evil in the world? Why does He say not to resist evil? All things work together for good to those who are the called and love God. "But as for you, you thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive." Gen...

Bible Study: The Gospel is in the Torah

Jesus IS the Lord spoken of in IS 53. The Lord supports the Lord...The Lord sends the Lord. But these work together. To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and had committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 2 Cor. 5:19...

Bible Study: The Gospel is in the Torah

I don't think you understand the crimes that Jesus allegedly committed. You are confusing being NUMBERED with criminals and actually being one. Jesus was seen as a dangerous heretic and blasphemer. The same reaction Jesus would get in todays churches. On "himself" . Jesus took on himself the...
